Services
D.J.D. Electric, Inc. provides physical electrician services. We are Master Electrical Licensed in Suffolk County.
Pricing and Payment
We offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Please note that we do not offer returns. However, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will return to correct any mistakes made.
User Obligations

Access to Premises: You must provide safe and timely access to your property for the completion of our work.

Permits & Permissions: It is your responsibility to secure any necessary permits or permissions from property owners or government authorities before work begins.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information about your electrical systems and needs. Any changes in project scope or requirements should be communicated in advance.

Safety Precautions: You must follow all safety instructions and refrain from tampering with electrical work while in progress.

Timely Payment: You agree to pay invoices in full within the specified time period.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local codes, regulations, and restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D.J.D. Electric, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption, arising from or related to the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service that is the subject of the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made (e.g., contract, tort, or otherwise).
D.J.D. Electric, Inc. does not assume any responsibility for damages or losses that result from the customer's failure to provide accurate information or comply with any safety instructions provided by us.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by D.J.D. Electric, Inc. shall be resolved through the following process:

Informal Resolution: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally through good faith negotiations. The customer should contact D.J.D. Electric, Inc. directly to discuss the issue and seek resolution.
Changes to Terms
D.J.D. Electric, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms & Conditions on our website or providing written notice to customers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
